3B is the best anti-CE tool. I remember fighting a NM player who used his CE and at the same time my 3B whiffed randomly, completely avoiding the aGI. See, there's a reason for Sieg's whiffs too.
I've had this happen with nightmares CE before as well XD nice vid steven.
