I'm not sure, but he is IP banned. I mean I'm sure that he has a lot to offer to this community. Personally I enjoy having him in my rooms he is a great player, very funny, and he trolls the unworthy (Scrubs in general). However that may be why he is banned. But I mean scrubs arn't worth protecting so idk why BC got banned.
