Hello, sir! Welcome to 8wayrun! I've just seen your post in the Astaroth thread, and I am assuming you do not understand the notations used for Soulcalibur, am I correct?

Well I'm somewhat familiar with them. I even looked them up again for a refresher course ^^ ( http://8wayrun.com/threads/soul-calibur-notation.10566/ )

but I dunno some it seems a little confusing such as WL for when landing? Can't think of an instance of that haha

In Soulcalibur 2 there are "While Landing" moves, and this means you have to input the move when landing after jumping. These moves are not in any of the games after Soulcalibur 2.

But oftn they would allow you to execute a while rising attack without actually rising.
