    Truth be told, VERY few non-Siegfried players know Siegfried properly. Its partly why he does so well, fairly good character + opponent ignorance.
    Now imagine top tier character + opponent ignorance? Terrifying! >=D

    This is why I'm going to pick up viola, her ball will be annoying, and I bet she will reign top tier, ignoting her low damage output, they will whore the crap out of her ball. Then someone will magically do a video on anti-ball option selects, community reaction: "Yay we're saved, we can rank up higher online naow!!!!"

    I don't see Viola being very good, the ball setups require some serious setup and then are linear, not to mention her piss poor range and damage smacks of a low tier to me... She gets dangerous with meter, but that's a temporary fix - I just don't see where she is good raw =/
