SCH B is inconsistent in hitting anything, much less grounded, though it is his best option for stance based okizeme. SRSH cannot pressure you if you are on the ground - nothing hits grounded from SRSH. Usually, I just do 3(B) ~ SCH B and get guard damage and +2 on the force block, though I have been doing 3(B) ~ SCH K and then backing up to try and get back to agA range.
Be careful not to fall into that pattern against someone who either is spacing attacks in a way that makes them hard to reach or if they're doing really safe attacks that they can frame trap with.
