    What's even more silly are people who think one tournament result can decide tiers. Especially as early as EVO. Tiers weren't even decided in SCIV's life till like a couple years in. They still aren't here. I agree Pat recieved a significant buff with the patch. But high tier? Heh, I don't know about that. And with the way you talk, I doubt you know exactly how he was most significantly buffed, too ;)

    All in all i don't see how Tira won she is as Viable as Zwei is against Xiba's RM stance. Tira won because her User was amazing. that man is a god among men XD
