    Hey just wanted to drop by and say thanks for those essays on matchups and losing. I certainly learned a lot, and it made me feel much more optimistic.

    Too many people misunderstand Soul Calibur, or spend their time angry about things in the game. I feel that I should show what I know, just tell people what's real, so people can really enjoy what they have.

    Yeah I didn't know about tournaments either for a long time. However, 8WR taught me much about the game and the community, though I am just a casual player. I need the time to do many important things in my life. I will say, however, that playing the game has benefited my by motivating me to control anger/frustration, to learn from valuable losses/mistakes, and to try my best...in life in general.

    The absurdity of it all is that you can get enlightenment and improve your life from playing a video game.
