    The thing is, in Ranked, anyway, you can only queue up for four man FFA games. Or 2v2, but you have to have a partner ahead of time, it won't matchmake you into a game with a partner.

    how about the game's overall balance? i see some shit about this becoming a tournament game and the description of the system makes it seem fundamentally broken

    Can't say. I only play a couple characters, and I haven't played any super serious matches. There's some shit that seems really broken, but I'm no expert, so it's not for me to say. I just play for fun, I haven't really studied it too deeply.

    i did a little more messing around with 236. you can only really use it if you're far away, if you see him do 4B i guess you can try to use it to get in and do a delayed 236B or something. it only ducks dependent on space, which is pretty much only when mitsu is touching him

    pot splitting is bullshit, if you really need to get tournament winnings to sustain your living then get a fucking job like everyone else.

    i personally ahvent seen anything like this as far as sc5 goes but i see it all the time as far as capcom goes

    And that's the point I'm trying to make. Even if some players are splitting, scooping, or sandbagging, most people can't tell unless it's blatantly obvious anyway because most players still put on a show while doing it.
