    I think it's when it is late into the animation, around when his knees start to buckle. From my experience, the window is near the end.
    I feel when you do the maximum number of spins, your chance of healing is higher (if you mash it all), but there probably is a better explanation.

    Special mids can be blocked high. Special lows can't. I think.

    They act like normal mids or lows, except for being blockable standing or crouching. The difference between special mids and special lows is that special lows can be jumped.
