  • Dumb noob question. What is a good attack to use up close with Astaroth if an opponent won't back off?

Backstep can be useful too IIRC.
Now, I'm terrible with Astaroth, but I gravitate towards 3KA_(A) myself.
Anyone got tips for improving connection from PS3 to Wireless Router? I seem to keep losing connection to opponents... :< makes me sad.

Is the AI ok to practice against, or would playing online be the better option? My connection sucks so I am not sure...

i go over all the moves again to see if i'm missing anything useful and practice JFs (if any) or tough combos. my main thing nowadays is to work on my match-ups.

You can learn your characters move set and then begin working on punishes. You pick a character that you want to learn to play against and figure out what moves you have can punish particular moves they throw out.

    Practice iCS.
Not just in practice, but in anything.
    Player.
    Offline.
    Arcade.
    On the way to work.
    While you're having breakfast.
    On the bus.
In the middle of a hot date.
In the middle of a bad date.
    In the shower.
    With the kids.
    In your sleep.
    IN YOUR DREAMS.
Practice iCS until you forget every other move in the game.
Practice iCS until you forget everything to do with anything.

Probably dumb question, but anyone got a good stage to practice in?

Depends. If you're trying to pratice a wall combo, walls will be required. I like Algol's stage. Sorta big and open, has walls, and ringouts.
