    Press and release BEFORE it hits. That's the trick. And yeah it takes some time to learn but when you do it's really easy to get consistant at.

    try learning to jg Pyrrha's 66B BE, once you find the rythm to that you'll understand how to jg the other attacks.
    try tapping G just as the 2nd swing of her attack hits the 7'0'clock position
