I don't mind projectiles in SC, but It would make sense to me if a character would be in a CH state when their projectiles are active.

Xiba 33kb 2nd hit drops on small characters, 6ak 2nd hit drops on a lot of tall characters. 22ab 2nd hit on G goes through Cerv and voldo
