Noel is just like Maxi in SC. Yea, you can mash out some wins against people who don't know how to play. But a bad Noel/Maxi player will almost always lose to someone who's halfway decent at the game.

The netcode is much better than SC4's. It's about as good as BBCT's netcode, which was phenomenal for a fighting game. Don't mind the Hakumen and Tager nubs.
