Haven't played it a whole lot myself, but from what I've seen so far it's good stuff. Brings back memories. I'm suprised Capcom didn't do more with this series (aside from the gameboy release) over the years since the NES.
 
They will do more. They made a statement after the first week when BCR sold more than 130k. Compared to other downloadable games that is huge. Their own statement was that customers appreciate a remake with quality instead of a quick port. I'm hoping for follow ups for sure.

It's not capcom but I would pay for an updated version of a multiplayer beat 'm up like Streets of Rage II or Final Fight.
 
I bought this a week ago. I'm just finishing up the old classic Indigo Prophecy then I've gotta play this and Siren which I got off the PSN.

I'd love a new streets of rage. I love what Capcom is doing with the new Mega Man 9. Even a retro Streets Of Rage like that would be cool.
 
I think the biggest thing blocking Capcom's investment in the series is how there's always some critic or another who thinks not being able to jump is a design flaw >___________> I love the game though. Now that I'm so many years older I can now go farther than just 2 stages, hehe. Although right now I'm just 3 stages in thanks to time and the fact that I just picked up Beyond Good and Evil last weekend :P A Final Fight remake would be ridiculously awesome.
 
Just BC:R on hard, it is so much better than the original NES version. I'm gonna start working on the challenge rooms tonight if I can pull myself away from Disgaea 3.
