Avatar / Sig Requirements?

I wanted to ask the avatar and signature limitations. I was unsure where to find this information and was unable to find it browsing through the forums. Thanks!

What About Images in Signatures?
As for the avatars,it's 80 x 80 without premium membership
120 x 80 with premium membership.
