How to use toggle/toggle spoiler

Hi, Im new to this site and would really love to add my cas and I dont know how to put the pics in the toggle spoiler thing. Can anyone help me? I've looked on 8wayrun help but it doesnt say how. I would really appreciate it, thanks!

Add [] and Spoiler inbetween the brackets...
