Recording video from 360

So, how would one record good quality video of SCIV (or whatever) while playing?

Also, some people have stated that you can record through the component and composite cords of the 360 AV cable online; that's not the case with newer 360 models (which you PROBABLY HAVE because the older ones have probably red ringed!). The best and cheapest way (sadly) is probably that delicious flowchart.

Or just get one of those flip video cameras. Downside is you pick up button noise etc, but you can get reasonably good captures with something like that.
