Which is the cheapest, most reliable PS3 Model?

So, I'm interested in a couple of PSN exclusives (Lost Swords, DiveKick, Saint Seiya, WaterPizza, Journey etc), but don't want to spend a ton of money on a PS3 -especially since I'm already saving up for a Wii U. So I wanted to see if you guys could tell me how to get the most out of my purchase. There's a ton of models and I'm very confused.

I'm gonna need quite some storage, so this new 12GB model is definitely not what I'm looking for. Other than that I have no idea what to do.

This is the cheapest one on Gamestop.com and even comes in a bundle with some other games.

Next highest up being 199.99

I recently wanted to buy a PS3 to play the exclusives before the next gen came in (mostly Demon's Souls xD) and I searched far and wide for an old backwards compatible 60GB one. Works great, reliable. So, I think any model you get will do just fine for you, even better if it has more storage.
