Haha KingAce... you're supposed to open the gate BEFORE you turn the zone Pure Black. Otherwise its pretty impossible to escape those fat ministers... you need to be REALLY god-like at rolling to avoid those flames shots. Its always better to farm in Pure Black though... you get more XP per kill, as well as drop rates being increased.

I've been trying to farm the Giant Bug Bears for a single Chunk of Dragonstone... but so far no luck. I've got 50 shards now, and no chunk. It sucks too, because there arent enough Giant Bug Bears in the zone, and they take forever to kill... even in super-hyper-mode. Thats with health less than 30%, ring of magical sharpness, morion blade and clever rats ring... this build brings my magical attack power up to 300%... if I had an Insanity Catalyst, I could bring it to 400%.
 
Jaxel you need luck too dont your? Also I hear the sword of searching increases drop rate and you just need to have it out so you can still use the morian blade with two hands.

Wow you went all the way into the lava area and still couldn't get one...that's tough man.
