This is a fan made game using the MUGEN system that's currently got a Demo Version out with more characters being worked on and everything,

It's essentially the game we deserved back in the 2000s and never got.

As someone who closely follows the MUGEN scene, I can tell you this won't be done until at least 2016.. if it ever is.

Let me rephrase that for you.

It would be cool if a company such as Capcom or Namco to get a license to make a game like this so it won't play on a 3rd world 2D fighting game engine.
