    Depends on the game, SC1 ran at 30fps, so sieg 3B was technically i8, lol. But SCV is 60fps so yes in this case there are 60 frames per second. As I said though, it depends on the game and is not universal.

    I love Xiba's kB that its a unseeable low, decent range, can't be jumped and 43 damage on normal hit. Best bit its -7 on block no CE by aPat

    aPat players want you to use it. On hit we know theres a 6A coming, which is JF T punishable and as soon as you realise that Alpha gets free offence. This is of course something that only happens after youve been CH 33B'd all day for its speed and whiff punish 33Bd for its linearity.
