    Why do some people say that Soul Calibur II was the only good one? I think all of the (main series) games were good.

    This is the exact opposite of games like Virtua Fighter which has never had scrub buffering. If you wanted to do PPPK and instead you did PPPPPPPPPPPP>K... the game would tell you to go fuck yourself and never put in the K; because technically the inputs you put in, were for a move that doesn't exist.

    Virtua Fighter 5 is also the first VF game to have long buffers. VF5 Final Showdown is the Soulcalibur 2 game I've always wanted. Its SC2, with the long buffers, but without the scrub buffer that Soulcalibur is known for. Its also balanced.

    The buffer system isn't really why I like VF 5. But I definitely enjoy that game.

    The SSB game undoubtedly needs Zephyr, because of his acrobatics, agility, shooting range, kicks, and he could still pistol whip or use a edge-weapon.
