    biggest issue i see in commentating teams is that they dont listen to one another

    Most commentators like the sound of their own voice and focus on it.

    I agree, but to elaborate more on it. Good commentators also need to give space for the other person. Since only one person can effectively talk at once. On skype, it's harder to do so for obvious reasons. But offline, people just need to be more self aware. Interrupting someone else isn't good commentary.
