Strength can be a deterrent to conflict. This is not bullying. It is only a bluff if it cannot be followed through and acted upon.

The main difference is strategy. Wisdom says not to lay your strategy bare. Not until victory is assured at least.A false king assumes this power. Assumes loyalty to weakness. This weakness can be used against him over and over until there is nothing.The real king is never seen. A king knows his weakness. His strength is only through loyalty that protects the weakness of all subjects.The worst kind is like an invisible shield. It is not really invisible. It is made of pawns who think they are kings.
