    Lost Swords has completely sapped my passion for this game. I can't even bring myself to seriously play anymore.

    I was playing because I loved the series and had hope that the future of SC would be better than the half-baked entry we got with SCV. Now they've completely thrown it in the toilet and we're left with a single-player button mashing experience as our reward for being dedicated fans.

    Until they announce a REAL Soul Calibur game, I'm done.

    I just look at it as SC games come out every 3 years. It's only been a year and a half since this one. But other games like SF come out with more frequent updates.

    so it makes everyone want more frequent updates to the point where we'll eventually want a new game less than a year after the current one.
