Post up in your local matchfinder thread that you're setting up a gathering. Just post the message and for anyone who's interested in coming tell them that you'll send them your address via PM. Myself personally I don't care much about privacy so I post my address right in the NorCal thread for everyone to see, but others might not want their address visible for everyone to see so they use the PM route instead.

What do you use to make those avatars?
