    Holy shit I just fucked up my shoulder and for some reason I just thought about this status and assumed that it's called rotator cuff pain and turns out I was right..

    Mine happened because I was doing dual pulley rows with improper form. I was using my shoulders to pull and I noticed some discomfort and I stopped. Is this pain normal and does it go away? Kinda scared. The pain is not bad, but its discomforting when I twist my arm.
