Not too long ago for about a week straight I had garbage ass teammates. It was out of nowhere and it annoyed me so much. I had good/decent teammates for so long then bam! Brain dead people on my team only. The throws! :'-(

It's fine. Like 140 or so. On NA it's like 60-70 because the server's are West coast. I don't honestly notice a difference in delay.

I hate playing on my NA. No runes/masteries and it gives me the feeling I'm waaaaay to freakin' weak. Yes, my account is super low level on NA(Like 8 or -).
