You can play Sona top and win most match ups, the fact is Top is a bruisers role. If there's no bruiser there then there has to be one somewhere else. If Lulu top was played in a competitive match than the other team would swap lanes, and the adc and support will have a field day fighting Lulu.

But Teemo gets away with this shit being an ADC mage that plays top.


Oh and EU West is down.... again.

Just wondering why the hell you'd want to play on a different server when NA is almost never down for anything.

I hate playing on my NA. No runes/masteries and it gives me the feeling I'm waaaaay to freakin' weak.
Yes, my account is super low level on NA(Like 8 or -).
