Okay, new feature... Now ANYBODY can "watch" (subscribe) to a video in the media library!

This feature works pretty much exactly the same as subscribing to a thread. You can edit the default settings for this feature in your preferences page, as well as edit your alert settings.

Owners of media will NOT receive anymore alerts until they subscribe to their media.

you can now "watch" wiki pages! get notified about page updates through alerts and email!

There are no "management" pages for subscribed wikis yet... working on that.
