crumpets are pretty good with nutella on em. It was my breakfast every day for a month while I was in Australia. Don't bring that argument in, it's just tired.
We were fighting a war 3,000 miles away, with reinforcements and resupply only brought in by steam ship. Not to mention that the French, Spanish and Dutch set-up a blockade across the Atlantic in an effort to stop this. Loyalists were also outnumbered 2-1 by the Revolutionaries, while the Continental army knew the territory and fought a guerilla war against us.

That didn't stop us kicking your arse in Quebec and pushing you out of Canada, though.

American military might isn't infallible either.
