Just study the periods of time where your execution rises and falls. I know for myself mine rises from 9a.m. till 3p.m. then it's at it's best from 3-11p.m. then it continues to fall until about 2a.m. where it's just awful because I need to go to sleep. I wondered the same thing myself then I noticed my inconsistencies.
