Dark Souls

Artorias the abysswalker. You get that weapon already in the game with Sif's soul. Two versions the cursed on and the none curse one.

i have the cursed sword of artorias. what's the difference between the 2, instead the ability to hit ghosts? i have NEVER obtained the normal version, so i have nothing to compare it to.

so if we get the dlc (on the console version), how much will it update? in one scene, it showed someone in darkroot fighting a scarecrow-like enemy.

The normal version of the greatsword of artorias has a B scale rating in intelligence and faith compared to the cursed version which has a C scale in faith and intellingence. Also the normal version is a divine weapon as well and is the best weapon with max stats.

Maybe this should be in another thread...but if there were a 3rd dark souls game well...what would u guys like to see? I don't have much to say on it now....but I would like to see a level requirement for wearing Armour and weapons...Also perhaps make the game as hard as demon souls? That would be interesting hehe...Oh yeah get rid of the stupid gravelord covernant clan...really annoying how you have to find their gravelord sign which can be Anywhere.....and it's just a hinderance to your gameplay with all the red phantoms that appear.

Finally how about nerf the backstab damage in PVP...thats just really lame how the backstabs do so much damage and if the players are equal level's well if any one of you get backstabbed well pretty much a 1 hit KO....yeah this is all I have.

They have to fix connectivity between players and have more evenly designed challenges to focus on difficulty in the right way. Gwyn and Bed of Chaos are hard for all the wrong reasons. Demons Souls is a harder game, and it is actually challenging to the player rather than creating gimmicky areas that funnel you into doing stupid or uniteresting things to win. Granted, those parts aren't TOO hard, they just don't make sense with the rest of the design philosophy.

Also, I thought the level design in Demons Souls made more sense aesthetically. For instance, Anor Londo could never have been inhabited, it is basically a connection of lifeless hallways. This isn't true for the majority of Dark Souls, but I think the first half of the game has a better aesthetic "look" than the second half.
