difference betwee HFS3 and HRAP3

Considering that the button layout on them are the same then I consider them both to be crap. The button layout is horrid and is the only reason I dislike those sticks (granted I do own one, the HFS3 SoCalIV edition). The only way I can feel comfortable with that button layout is if I play with the buttons set to inside rather than outside. If it weren't for that stupid downward arc on the outer buttons, it would be just fine.

That stick looks so much better but it would be better with 8 buttons IMO.

Why? No fighting games use 8 buttons.

I'm actually going to block off the two right-most buttons because, as others have pointed out, the layout sucks.

Now that i think about it, i only wanted 8 buttons so i could change the layout so combos would be easier, but the buttons are already so close together i woulnd't need to change the layout.

also wouldn't this stick be a little awkward to use?

That stick is the same as the HFS3. Only difference is that it as SoCalIV artwork on it. I play on it using the inside buttons. Playing with outside is awkward because of that downward arc.

To me it seems like the buttons are crowded together and looks like it feels uncomfortable.
