Eggman has an IQ of like 360 or something. He has a literal army and enough resources to make the Death Star. C'mon, man. Eggman is so fucking hardass, that he killed sonic in a thousand timelines previous to the current sonic and only travels to a new timeline to kill a new sonic.

I am dead serious too, can't even make this shit up.

Despite his intelligence though, he has made some retarded inventions like the Egg Dealer and suffers from RBQS (Repetitive Boss Quote Syndrome). See Sonic Adventure for the best reference to the latter.
