Volume 2/3 broke my heart. When I was expecting an action-packed vision of the future I did not need to see Masi Oka spinning like a ballerina while ClonesInSuits fall like rose petals. Any scene including Hayden Pantierre's voice eventually made me want to curl into a fetal position. The only redeeming thing was her dad, who showed some spine and actually killed some people for what he believed in, and I was thinking the show would turn for the better when he was killed. But no, they pull a DC/Marvel and go "psyche!", leaving all the ripples of the effect go to waste.
I'm off this show until further notice, much as it hurts and much as the continuous ads keep telling me otherwise. >>
