The source who shared this seems pretty reliable. And FYI he said gamescom is a big maybe, but not terribly likely. He also suggested mid-2017 release.

Well we don't have long to wait cause Gamescom is Aug 17-21 and I see that Namco Germany will be there:

Looks like the tickets are already sold out.

And I already have my tickets for TGS (Tokyo Game Show, Sept 16-18) so if anything SC goes down/is there I'll see it.
