The tank has gotten a lot smarter too, he doesn't pound on downed players any more and he can lead fire with rocks REALLY well.

Flaming concrete slabs being thrown at the player? I would say that this is overkill, but seeing how it's so easy to dodge the slabs in the first game (i.e. fake a turn and as he's throwing the slab, change course), this just makes them easier to see XP.
