Live Streaming Update and More Protocol Changes!

Our streaming service now supports DAILYMOTION!

Dailymotion is the Youtube of France... and Soulcalibur is big in France. So a lot of live events tend to stream on their service. Now they will be listed in the live streams list.

There are of course limitations...

• The stream won't list which game they are playing.
• There is no built in chatroom (so I have it linking to IRC).

Some changes have just been implemented!

You no longer have to submit your channel to the approved channels list! If you are playing an approved game (approved game list) on Twitch.TV, Beam.Pro or GoodGame.Ru, you will automatically be added to the streams list! It's like magic!

If however you are live streaming on a different supported service, such as CyberGame.TV, Dailymotion, Hitbox.TV, Livestream or Ustream.TV, you will not be picked up by the scrape. So in this case, then you must submit your channel to the approved channels list. In this specific case, we will only be accepting channels dedicated to fighting games.

The current approved channels list has been cleaned out.

I can't find where to submit a new channel.

Try Amusement Tower in Akihabara now has a Twitch (as well as a Nico). They stream their comps- various retro games as well as fighting games.
They occasionally have SCIIIAE (yes they still have it) and SCII comps.
