Macro Buttons are cheap

How is a 2-1 cheap? You still haven't gave a reason as to why it's cheap to begin with. Plus binds have been in this game since the longest.

Maybe it would be the case for 3 button and 4 button presses, but come on. It's not that bad or makes it drastically easier to execute moves since you still need to input the directional command. And with 2 button presses, I could use the face buttons anyway.

Still don't find it cheap, if you do something your going to make it so that its easier for yourself to do aren't you? killing two birds with one stone is essentially what your doing when you map buttons.

i agree mapping 2 buttons to one eliminated a fraction of possibility for input error, thus giving an advantage. jeuce mapping single buttons to the triggers should be more than enough to keep you equal to stick users on a pad.

everyone should play lobo-super-manly style and just turn off all 4 triggers so they quit doing that damn taunt with their leg on accident.

Why in god's name is macro buttons an issue???

Soul Calibur is generally about doing a move when you need it, not struggling to get it out. Having such long move lists they're forced to make 2 buttons presses. Some characters would require you play claw style or own a stick to even be able to play the game decently. All the skill in this game is mainly frame data and mix up. Very few moves require a lot of skill to pull off, and for those ones I don't think anyone would appreciate having to put even more effort in. I'll kick a baby if my SS fucks up because one button didn't press with the other because my fingers were contorted.

please tell me this is a troll...this is retarded.
