PS3 doesn't have the same used game policies as you will have to endure once purchasing a PS4.

Wrong. No used game fees on PS4 at all.

As PS3 doesn't have built in DRM which the PS4 will feature.

Wrong again, no built in DRM on PS4. Both PS3 and PS4 have developer DRM.

You should really look up stuff before you post.
