So, Psylocide Craig™ is working out huge for me.
I have lost another 1.5 lbs, making my 4 week total 8.5 lbs.
Since I started training again (7 weeks) I have lost 13 lbs and GREATLY reduced my body fat %, thanks to the light intensity cardio training my broken rib forced me into.
Next week I start bulking and WEIGHTS!
Finally, the treadmill will be an afterthought.
