Scrolling makes my music stutter

Scrolling in firefox makes for example the music from YT videos stutter.
That was not the case when i listened to music via Itunes.
Now i updated to the latest version of itunes because i bought a new ipod, and have the same stuttering problem with itunes too.
So in fact i can not listen to music and browse firefox at the same time.
Any ideas?

Swap to Chrome, get a better computer, or try to disable hardware acceleration in the options menu in Firefox.

I disabled hardware acceleration.
No improvement.
Would hate to change to chrome or get a new pc.
Anything else?

Firefox has had really terrible scrolling for the last few years. So bad that even I had to switch since it would be choppy even on my reasonably good rig. It's kind-of just the facts sadly.

Don't understand why people still use FireFox, I highly recommend you switch to Chrome. If that doesn't resolve the problem it's likely your PC is having some CPU trouble.
