SF4 seems a million times better than 3s to me. I played a bit of it at Evo and it was real fun. Boxer is beastly, not stupidly so like in ST but in a strong well-balanced way. It's definitely one of the games I'm most excited for.
Also Fuerte's infinite will not break the game, mark my words. I'd say it's comparable to Ken's re-dizzy combos in CE/HF, Boxer's HF re-dizzy, and Dictator/Deejay's crossup 100% combos in ST. None of those characters were top-tier.
