Making games costs money, even porting costs a lot of money. It makes perfect sense to skip a version if its most likely not going to sell well.

Wrong. No used game fees on PS4 at all. Wrong again, no built in DRM on PS4. Both PS3 and PS4 have developer DRM. Practice what you preach.

Apparently you have not seen the countless reactions from 3rd party devs who were disgusted by M$' policy lol If M$ has one big thing going for it, its money and they surely know how to pay companies to work for them.

And its still a bad idea. You dont just get an idea to charge money for your service. They just saw that MS got away with it, so now they do the same crap too. Thats also the reason why no one should buy an X1, because it would encourage all companies to do the same DRM shit.
