Click your name at the top of any 8wayrun page. You'll see a drop down menu. From there, click "avatar" and you'll be able to change it there.

Ohh, I did do that before and their was a error. Um sorry their too big for 8wayrun unless im saving them wrong?

Weird. All three of them upload and animate fine for me.

Have you tried all three separately? What does the error say exactly?

Try all three of them, and if they don't work, I'll figure something out.

EDIT: I just ran another test and had another premium member upload one, and it worked fine.

When it comes to GIF, I have no clue!
I must be doing something wrong..
Anyway the error: " your avatar's file size is too large. Please upload an avatar no bigger than 195.3kb"

Edit: i save it and its 1mb or even 2.6mb :'(

Wow, 195KB is REALLY small for the GIFs you're asking. No idea why other members can use bigger GIFs but you and Kane have to use 195KB. You might want to consider asking Jaxel why that is.

Anyway, I've adjusted them, but they've taken a serious hit to size, quality, and color. I also had to cut out a bunch of frames.
