I don't know the limit, but I've used a 1.8 MB GIF before, with nearly 300 frames.

Hmm well the GIF when aerith says they love fighting is 2.6mb and the last one without subtitles is 2mb; are you able to drop them alittle? Would love to keep as much quality as you can IF thats posable..

Oh, I forgot I tested those GIFs already. So technically, the largest GIF I've used is 2.6MB, not 1.08.

Have you tried the second picture I uploaded? Its only 1MB, and if it gives you an error, then making the others smaller wouldn't do any good if they aren't under 195KB.

Try out the 195KB versions I uploaded in my last post and see if you still get an error. I kept as much quality and colors as I could, but the amount of frames really hinders the ability to make it small and retain quality.
