Unable to create rooms in SoulCalibur V

I suspect it's a disc read error of some sort.

Myth busted on that. I purchased a digital copy of the game from the ps store and I still am unable to create rooms.

I think I've figured out the issue. I use a powerline adapter to connect online and after switching to an outlet in another room, I'm finally able to create a room. Just a guess though. Do you use a powerline adapter @

Oddly enough, I changed absolutely nothing and mine also began working again. And with SC6 just being announced, I find it hard to just see it as a coincidence.
